If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.  Beyond 7 days and up to 30 days from the initial purchase, refunds may be granted on a case by case basis as is determined by our management team.  This is due to the high amount of customization we put into every campaign for our individual clients so a standardized refund policy is often not practical for either party after the first 7 days.  In any event, we will do our absolute best to ensure you are satisfied with the services received.
